Mbah Kem Andriano serves as the International Partnerships & Fundraising Director for Caring Hands for Elders. Based in France, he leads the organization’s efforts to build international partnerships, strengthen donor relationships, and promote the NGO’s mission across Europe.

Responsibilities:
Develop strategic partnerships with NGOs, foundations, healthcare institutions, and corporate organizations throughout Europe.
Identify and secure grants, sponsorships, and international funding opportunities.
Represent Caring Hands for Elders at conferences, forums, and international events.
Advise the leadership team on international development opportunities and partnership strategies.
Strengthen relationships with donors, volunteers, and development partners.
Coordinate international outreach and advocacy initiatives.
Support project planning, implementation, and monitoring for international programs.
Promote the organization’s mission through networking and public engagement.
